Alison Smith, known for the School of Sewing, The Sewing Book and teaching on Craftsy, now brings her expertise to a range of patterns.
After fitting students for over 20 years and seeing customers purchasing similar patterns time over, Alison decided to design her own patterns - Sew Wardrobe -that will be timeless, mix and match with each other and have the capacity to be 'pattern hacked'.
Alison says " why keep buying patterns that are so similar, just to have a slightly different neckline or a narrower trouser leg? Choose a classic shape, get it to fit and then let me show you each season how that pattern can be tweaked to fit current fashion trends"
Sew Wardrobe has new style packaging making patterns easier to get back in the "packet" once used and to store.
Sew Wardrobe will also be offering fabric kits for the patterns as well as fabric by the metre.
